McLeod Construction, LLC, an established construction management firm, has been trusted to provide timely restaurant facilities maintenance and construction for a number of major restaurant franchises and retail chains for more than 20 years.

Founded in 1998 by Andin McLeod III, the firm is licensed to provide services in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Today, McLeod III and his two sons, Andin and Patrick, manage day-to-day operations from the company’s locations in Fairhope, Alabama and Conroe, Texas.

In 1987, McLeod III entered the new home building market and later translated his experience into the establishment of McLeod Construction, which specializes in restaurant remodels and maintenance.

Just a few of the recognizable names McLeod Construction has managed projects for include: Ruby Tuesday, Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina, Baumhower’s Victory Grille, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Hardee’s, TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Primarily, the company focuses on remodels and facilities maintenance for Chick-fil-A.
